Hard-Coating

Polyurea is a super-strong protective spray that we use over polystyrene, somewhat akin to a fibreglass coating. It’s incredibly resilient and able to withstand heat, scratches, or chemicals. This makes it especially valuable for polystyrene letters, protecting them during transport and ensuring they remain intact. Additionally, polyurea is crucial for painting on polystyrene. On its own, polystyrene is soft and can chip easily, which would make any paint look tatty quickly. But with polyurea, you can apply any colour, enhancing both the durability and the appearance of the polystyrene, resulting in a tough, good-looking, and super glossy finish.

Starting from $30 each

Hard Coating

Pricing for hard coating is complex as it varies with the size and width of each letter. We typically charge between $30 – $40 per kilogram. For instance:

A letter with 100mm thickness and 600mm height might cost around $60.

Larger letters, such as those with 300mm thickness and 1200mm height, might cost about $150.

Painting

The cost for painting can start from $300, depending on the number of colours and the complexity of your project. Since every job is different and has unique requirements, these prices serve as a guideline.
